Welcome to Sleerit! Thank you for trusting us for your pet toy needs. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality products quickly and efficiently. Our shipping policy ensures a smooth and reliable delivery process for every order.

Order Processing Time

We process orders within 1 business day, Monday to Friday.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Express Delivery: 2-3 business days within the United Kingdom.
  • Delivery times begin on the shipment date, not the purchase date.

Note: Unexpected delays may occur due to customs checks, incorrect address details, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed by 5:00 PM are processed the same day. Orders made after this time will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping for all orders within the United Kingdom. Express Shipping is available at a flat rate of  GBP £10.00 for all United Kingdom orders.

Delivery Partners

We work with trusted carriers, including UPS, USPS, DHL, and FedEx, to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Non-Shipping Days

We do not process or ship orders on holidays.

Shipment Confirmation

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking ID. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking ID to activate.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe:

Incorrect Address

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping fees. Contact us at support@sleerit.com for help with reshipping.

Address Changes

To change your delivery address, contact us at support@sleerit.com or call +4407418 631539 within 24 hours of placing your order. Address modifications are not possible once the order has shipped.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order:

Damaged Items During Transit

If you receive damaged pet toys, email us at support@sleerit.com immediately with clear photos of the damaged items. We will provide a free exchange or refund upon verification.
